I visited Interface Aesthetics for the first time a couple of days ago. First off, a little background about me. I have only ever had a little bit of filler a few years ago at a different location.Whilst the procedure had gone well, I recall just how scared I was because of the aestheticians constant distractions. I generally have fairly good skin. However, having recently hit the big 4 0, I felt I could do with a bit of a boost. Nevertheless, I am very selective when it comes to my face. This may be the reason why I've only ever had fillers once before. So a few weeks ago, I trawled the internet, looking at different aesthetic clinics. Whilst some had really lovely before and afters, I'm what I have self titled, a 'review-watcher-outer;' I look at reviews and most of these places had fairly mediocre to even poor reviews. But the one place that kept coming up with glowing feedback, was this place- interface aesthetics. It helped that the befores and afters were pretty impressive too.
I reached out to the team and was pleasantly surprised by their customer warm and friendly customer service team. They advised me of dates and availablity and then Ibooked an appointment. It's worth mentioning that Interface operate in a few locations- including London Bridge and it was this clinic that I selected.
Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the down to earth nature of staff; whilst sitting in the waiting area I had assumed that everyone there was a patient..however discovered not long after that the gentleman having a friendly conversation with a patient was actually a staff member. This meant a lot to me as I can become anxious in overly formalised environments.
Having said that, it's important to note that the clinic is by no means sub par or unprofessional..there's a fine line and the staff whilst being easy to speak to, remained highly knowledgeable and professional.
Shortly after, Dr Youssra introduced herself. I was surprised at just how calm her nature was. I'm a believer in energies and auras. All I can describe hers as, is trustworthy. You just 'know' you're in good hands. She made me feel very welcome before discussing in detail my areas of concern and what she thought we would start off with. She asked me of my thoughts which shows respect for customers wishes. Perhaps the biggest surprise was that she was not trying/forcefully selling me additional treatments. When I was having the procedure, she explained exactly what she was doing and what this would achieve. But what surprised me, was when she advised that I have a look at the result and consider whether I still wanted the additional procedure. When I looked in the mirror, it was evident that I didn't need the additional area treated. The reason for this is, that she is at the top of her game- she meticulouslyexamines where filler needs to be placed for perfect harmony. However, confession, she could have *very easily* convinced me otherwise and I would have spent more. To me, her not forcing me to spend additional amounts, is a testament to how seriously she takes her craft- and my goodness she knows her craft.It also affirms how important her customers are. You're a person and she makes sure she respects the face you've trusted her with. Because she is exceptional at what she does, I paid less for a far better result (as previously said, she knows where to place filler meticulously, which impacts other muscles.)
Since returning, everyone I have encountered has commented on how great I look- and they can't quite put their finger on it- which is what I wanted. She understood this and did exactly what worked for my face.
Dr Youssra, is not merely a professional at the top of her gane, but also an artist, who has mastered her craft..who knows exactly what to do to enhance one's features..I don't look like a replacement, or as though my face is about to explode, but rather, a refined version of myself. Honestly, could not be more grateful for finding such a fantastic team.
Get yourself booked in. You won't regret it. I cannot wait to return.

Really enjoyed it and was much better than I expected. They had great trainers who answered all questions and went through the study materials very thoroughly.
The hands on experience was even greater. I didn't expect to do that many injections on the day on that many models. I loved that we did a variety of injections that covered all types of toxin and fillers. The small number of trainees gave time to the trainers to give invaluable advice on our technique.
Would really love to thank them for the support they showed before and during the course.
Update from May 2025: Since the above comments, I have attended 2 more courses with Interface and started my level 7 PG Diploma though them as well. Great as always. Dr Yousrah is an excellent and very experienced mentor who gave invaluable advice.

What a wonderful training provider! I did thorough research on which training provider to use for foundation and advanced tox/filler and I am so glad I went with Interface Aesthetics. All aspects from questions before committing to booking the course right through to aftercare have been exceptional. Yobany, Yousrah, and Davina provided excellent clinical training whilst MarceIo and his team enabled an organised, professional and relaxed environment. I thoroughly recommend Interface Aesthetics and I look forward to returning to complete more courses including my level 7 diploma.
So impressed with this course. Hands on skills acquired in day 1 and repeated practice increased my confidence. Great team for organising and training. I’m so glad I attended. Thanks to all. Looking forward to the next one.
I have completed both the foundation and advanced courses with Interface Aesthetics. They were both very hands on where I had the opportunity to be very hands on and practise the skills. Yobany was especially great as a trainer, his communication and instructions were amazing. I would definitely recommend Interface Aesthetics if you are considering a training academy for facial aesthetics.
The best place to do any aesthetic courses or your level 7! Great team, very supportive of us 💜

Attended foundation and advanced level and I’m very pleased with my experience. Despite having some background already I was surprised by the quantity of additional skills I have learned! The opportunity of converting the theory into practice was definitely there but you have to take this advantage and act. No one will push you to do so.
I recently completed the Foundation Botox and Filler course at Interface Aesthetics Training Academy, and it was an exceptional experience. The day was thoughtfully organized, with plenty of time for each segment, ensuring that the pace was comfortable and never rushed. The instructors were highly skilled, supportive, and always encouraged questions, which made the learning environment feel open and welcoming. I especially appreciated the hands-on practice, which gave me the confidence to apply what I learned in real-life scenarios. Overall, it was a comprehensive and enriching experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enter the aesthetics industry.
