Interface Aesthetics has developed a unique mentorship framework that spans undergraduate beginner through to international expert. Four mentorship spans the entire spectrum; from our pioneer, entry-level Junior Trainee Mentorship Scheme (JTMS), now it is 5th year and with cumulative alumni of over 350 mentees, through to schemes which offer UK & International clinicians public speaking, research and clinical mentorship (Epiphany Program). We are proud to be cultivating the talent and leaders of today and tomorrow.

Entry-Level Mentorship
The Junior Trainee Mentorship Scheme (JTMS)
The JTMS is a pioneer, 1-year mentorship scheme designed to support undergraduate and recently graduated healthcare professionals to gain a robust grounding medical aesthetics. Now it is in its 5th year, this scheme has over 350 UK and international alumni, and provides a structured, 1 year program that incorporates Clinical Observation, Theory, Research Opportunities and Networking. This is the only scheme of its kind currently provided in the UK, powered by the legitimacy and authenticity that stems from being an organic and evolving pathway, founded on the back of student and junior HCP demand.

Advanced Mentorship
EPIPHANY
Epiphany, or the Enhanced Pathway In Facial Aesthetics Competency, is a competitive-entry mentorship scheme that supports exceptional alumni from both our JTMS and Level 7 Diploma cohorts. This scheme provides access to global leaders in clinical research, clinical practice, public speaking and education, offering mentees the opportunity to develop alongside the current international thought leaders of medical aesthetics. Mentorship is tailored to the needs of the individual, with the goal of producing the leaders of tomorrow through harnessing the expertise of the leaders of today.

Leadership
Aesthetics Fellowship
The Aesthetics Fellowship is the most advanced mentorship option available for UK and international practitioners looking to elevate their practice beyond just clinical excellence. This scheme provides opportunities and support to develop leadership skills and credentials in public speaking, clinical practice, research, enterprise and teaching. This option is popular among experienced injectors who do not speak English as a first language, as well as all practitioners wanting to develop their career in research, entrepreneurship and teaching.
Mentorship FAQs
Your eligibility depends on a number of factors about your current and previous training and experience in aesthetics. All mentorship schemes are exclusively for healthcare professionals (student or postgraduate).
This one-year core scheme is suitable for undergraduate students, as well as recent (within the past 1 year) graduates, in medicine, dentistry and nursing.
This follow on scheme is open to all graduates of the JTMS Core, and provides flexible support and research opportunities during the period between JTMS Core and postgraduate training in aesthetics. Mentees who demonstrate exceptional commitment may be eligible to apply to the EPIPHANY program.
This program is open to Level 7 and JTMS mentees who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and performance during their previous mentorship. Based on Interface Aesthetics’ Faculty assessment, practitioners may be invited to apply. It should be noted that this scheme is exclusively for mentees who have undertaken their training with Interface Aesthetics.
This tailored mentorship scheme offers the benefits of Epiphany to practitioners from the UK and internationally who may not have undertaken previous training with Interface Aesthetics within the JTMS or Level 7. This has previously included educators and KOLs from other countries looking to master their skills in English, as well as experienced practitioners wanting to expand their skill set to include new areas like research, or in advanced clinical treatments.
Some mentorship schemes are non-profit (JTMS Core), some are free (JTMS Enhanced & Epiphany), and some are paid (Aesthetics fellowship). Our mentorship schemes are uniquely designed to address the needs of both mentees and our organisation over the next 5 years.
