7. Lead Retrieval and Exhibitor Interactions

Interface Expo may provide exhibitors and sponsors with lead retrieval functionality through the Nunify platform. Where you voluntarily allow an exhibitor or sponsor to scan your badge, exchange contact details, or connect through the platform, your information may be shared directly with that organisation.

Once shared, the exhibitor or sponsor becomes independently responsible for the processing of your personal data under their own privacy policy. We encourage attendees to review the privacy policies of exhibitors before sharing personal information.


8. Photography, Video Recording and Live Streaming

Photography, filming and video recording may take place throughout Interface Expo 2026. Images, video recordings and live-stream content may be used for event promotion, social media content, educational materials, future event marketing, website content, and press and media coverage.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings captured in public event spaces. If you do not wish to appear in event photography or recordings, please notify event staff upon arrival and contact us before the event where possible.


9. Marketing Communications

Where you have provided consent, we may send communications relating to future Interface Expo events, educational programmes, conferences and masterclasses, industry updates, and relevant products and services offered by Interface Aesthetics.

You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions within communications or by contacting us directly. Operational communications relating to your event registration may still be sent where necessary.

• Event Platform Providers — including Nunify and associated service providers;
• Payment Providers — for the processing of registration and sponsorship fees;
