Sarika Grover

Dr Sarika Grover is an Internal Medicine Trainee and aspiring dermatologist. She is the current Research Lead at Interface Aesthetics, where she oversees and supports a growing portfolio of academic work within the field of aesthetic medicine.

In her role, Sarika has helped drive multiple collaborative projects, resulting in two PubMed-cited publications, with more currently under review. Her team’s work has been presented at prestigious conferences including the British Association of Dermatologists and the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. A former mentee of the Junior Trainee Mentorship Scheme (JTMS), she now contributes as a mentor within the Epiphany programme.

Sarika is deeply passionate about research and education in aesthetic medicine, with a strong commitment to expanding the evidence base and inspiring others to engage with academic work. She has guided JTMS mentees in producing literature reviews and scientific posters, and is currently involved as a Clinical Research Assistant on a clinical trial through Interface Aesthetics. Her leadership was recognised with the JTMS Research Leadership Prize for outstanding contribution and mentorship, presented at FACExpo 2024.

I have completed both the foundation and advanced courses with Interface Aesthetics. They were both very hands on where I had the opportunity to be very hands on and practise the skills. Yobany was especially great as a trainer, his communication and instructions were amazing. I would definitely recommend Interface Aesthetics if you are considering a training academy for facial aesthetics.

Attended foundation and advanced level and I’m very pleased with my experience. Despite having some background already I was surprised by the quantity of additional skills I have learned! The opportunity of converting the theory into practice was definitely there but you have to take this advantage and act. No one will push you to do so.

I recently completed the Foundation Botox and Filler course at Interface Aesthetics Training Academy, and it was an exceptional experience. The day was thoughtfully organized, with plenty of time for each segment, ensuring that the pace was comfortable and never rushed. The instructors were highly skilled, supportive, and always encouraged questions, which made the learning environment feel open and welcoming. I especially appreciated the hands-on practice, which gave me the confidence to apply what I learned in real-life scenarios.
