Sarika Grover
Dr Sarika Grover is an Internal Medicine Trainee and aspiring dermatologist. She is the current Research Lead at Interface Aesthetics, where she oversees and supports a growing portfolio of academic work within the field of aesthetic medicine.
In her role, Sarika has helped drive multiple collaborative projects, resulting in two PubMed-cited publications, with more currently under review. Her team’s work has been presented at prestigious conferences including the British Association of Dermatologists and the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. A former mentee of the Junior Trainee Mentorship Scheme (JTMS), she now contributes as a mentor within the Epiphany programme.
Sarika is deeply passionate about research and education in aesthetic medicine, with a strong commitment to expanding the evidence base and inspiring others to engage with academic work. She has guided JTMS mentees in producing literature reviews and scientific posters, and is currently involved as a Clinical Research Assistant on a clinical trial through Interface Aesthetics. Her leadership was recognised with the JTMS Research Leadership Prize for outstanding contribution and mentorship, presented at FACExpo 2024.
