Veronika Gjakova

Veronika is the Administrator, Sales and Marketing at Interface Aesthetics, where she oversees and coordinates every aspect of communication with delegates, from initial enquiries to post-course support. Her role is central to ensuring that each delegate feels fully informed, confident, and supported throughout their learning journey.

She is responsible for managing the entire sales and marketing process, developing strategies to reach new delegates while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Her work includes generating and managing content for all social media platforms, overseeing email campaigns, and ensuring that the academy’s messaging remains clear, professional, and aligned with its values.

Veronika’s role also involves working closely with the wider team, ensuring that internal processes are smooth and efficient, and that delegates’ feedback is always taken into consideration.
