Our Fast Track Level 7 Aesthetics Course (RPEL) represents the Gold Standard postgraduate course in injectables in the United Kingdom for practitioners with previous experience in aesthetic medicine.
The RPEL qualification (Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning) is typically taken over a shorter timeframe, commonly between 3 and 12 months alongside other work or study commitments. The RPEL Level 7 consists of in-person theoretical and clinical assessments, and the review of a portfolio of patients treated independently in your practice as an injector.

The Fast Track Level 7 Aesthetics Course provides existing practitioners with the option of future-proofing their careers in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape, with a shortened programme and the opportunity to join our growing alumni of injectors.
This pathway is focussed on supporting injectors to demonstrate their competencies through assessments and provision of a treatment portfolio. RPEL Level 7 delegates still get access to E-Interface, providing over 100 hours of e-learning content (consisting of 4K quality videos, lectures and patient treatments).
- If you are able to demonstrate 2 years of experience and a portfolio of 60 patients (30 Botox treatments + 30 dermal filler treatments), you may be eligible for our first RPEL route, which also requires coursework completion, and typically takes 6–12 months to complete.
- If you are able to demonstrate 3 years of experience and a portfolio of 80 cases (40 Botox treatments + 40 dermal filler treatments), you may be eligible for our second RPEL route, consisting of in-person assessments and portfolio reviews, typically taking 1–6 months to complete.

In an increasingly competitive market, employers are looking for accredited postgraduate training and verifiable clinical experience as an injector, which can be challenging to obtain outside of a formal mentorship scheme.
There is also the collegiate nature of being part of a formal mentorship scheme, with access to colleagues, and to a Faculty of expert trainers, providing genuine mentorship over months to years. In view of the current regulatory changes being considered by the UK Government, there is a clear move towards the adoption of a recognised educational standard that would permit injectors to practise with a license in the future. The JCCP is currently leading this process.
The Fast Track Level 7 Aesthetics Diploma provided by Interface Aesthetics is a JCCP-approved qualification, with academic accreditation. This strongly supports that idea of the Level 7 Diploma as an agreed educational standard that will be required for practice in the future.
You will access theoretical learning via our pioneer platform E-Interface flexibly, with the opportunity to revisit all content as frequently as required on a smartphone or a computer.
You will benefit from mentorship from a first-in-class faculty of expert injectors that lead practice and research in medical aesthetics, both in the United Kingdom and globally.
The Fast track Level 7 Aesthetic Course can be divided into 3 or 4 core components, depending on whether you are eligible for route 1 or 2:
- Continued Theoretical Learning: Access to 100+ hours of high-quality videos, step-by-step tutorials, and treatment demonstrations, protocols and theoretical manuals and booklets
- Portfolio: Provide a patient portfolio (either 60 or 80 patients, depending on which RPEL route you are eligible for) for review.
- Examinations: A 3-hour invigilated and externally set MCQ exam, and a filmed and externally reviewed OSCE examination involving the treatment of a patient with injectables (botulinum toxin and dermal fillers).
- Coursework: For those experienced injectors pursuing the first RPEL route (2 years of experience and a portfolio of 60 patients), there is an additional stage. This consists of a Short Answer Question assignment and a Literature Review, with guidance and support from your mentors.

I reached out to the team and was pleasantly surprised by their customer warm and friendly customer service team. They advised me of dates and availablity and then Ibooked an appointment. It's worth mentioning that Interface operate in a few locations- including London Bridge and it was this clinic that I selected.
Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the down to earth nature of staff; whilst sitting in the waiting area I had assumed that everyone there was a patient..however discovered not long after that the gentleman having a friendly conversation with a patient was actually a staff member. This meant a lot to me as I can become anxious in overly formalised environments.
Having said that, it's important to note that the clinic is by no means sub par or unprofessional..there's a fine line and the staff whilst being easy to speak to, remained highly knowledgeable and professional.
Shortly after, Dr Youssra introduced herself. I was surprised at just how calm her nature was. I'm a believer in energies and auras. All I can describe hers as, is trustworthy. You just 'know' you're in good hands. She made me feel very welcome before discussing in detail my areas of concern and what she thought we would start off with. She asked me of my thoughts which shows respect for customers wishes. Perhaps the biggest surprise was that she was not trying/forcefully selling me additional treatments. When I was having the procedure, she explained exactly what she was doing and what this would achieve. But what surprised me, was when she advised that I have a look at the result and consider whether I still wanted the additional procedure. When I looked in the mirror, it was evident that I didn't need the additional area treated. The reason for this is, that she is at the top of her game- she meticulouslyexamines where filler needs to be placed for perfect harmony. However, confession, she could have *very easily* convinced me otherwise and I would have spent more. To me, her not forcing me to spend additional amounts, is a testament to how seriously she takes her craft- and my goodness she knows her craft.It also affirms how important her customers are. You're a person and she makes sure she respects the face you've trusted her with. Because she is exceptional at what she does, I paid less for a far better result (as previously said, she knows where to place filler meticulously, which impacts other muscles.)
Since returning, everyone I have encountered has commented on how great I look- and they can't quite put their finger on it- which is what I wanted. She understood this and did exactly what worked for my face.
Dr Youssra, is not merely a professional at the top of her gane, but also an artist, who has mastered her craft..who knows exactly what to do to enhance one's features..I don't look like a replacement, or as though my face is about to explode, but rather, a refined version of myself. Honestly, could not be more grateful for finding such a fantastic team.
Get yourself booked in. You won't regret it. I cannot wait to return.
The hands on experience was even greater. I didn't expect to do that many injections on the day on that many models. I loved that we did a variety of injections that covered all types of toxin and fillers. The small number of trainees gave time to the trainers to give invaluable advice on our technique.

Update from May 2025: Since the above comments, I have attended 2 more courses with Interface and started my level 7 PG Diploma though them as well. Great as always. Dr Yousrah is an excellent and very experienced mentor who gave invaluable advice.
