These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, delegates, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, contractors, visitors, and users of the Interface Expo event platform. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, exhibiting at, sponsoring, speaking at, or participating in Interface Expo 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Interface Expo 2026 is organised by Interface Aesthetics Training Academy Ltd (“Interface Expo”, “Interface Aesthetics”, “the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a JCCP-Approved training provider specialising in advanced aesthetic medicine education.

All tickets are issued subject to these Terms & Conditions and remain the property of the Organiser until the Event takes place. Tickets grant admission only to the individual named during registration.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable except where:
• The Event is cancelled by the Organiser;
• The Event is materially changed in a manner that significantly affects attendance;
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, exchanged, shared, auctioned, or distributed without prior written consent from the Organiser. Requests for ticket transfers or name changes must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days before the Event.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket reasonably suspected of fraudulent purchase, unauthorised resale, misuse, or breach of these Terms. No refund shall be payable in such circumstances.
Interface Expo is a professional healthcare and aesthetic medicine conference intended primarily for healthcare
professionals, students, industry stakeholders, researchers, academics, and associated professionals.
Attendance may include:
• Medical Doctors
• Surgeons
• Dentists
• Dental Care Professionals
• Nurses
• Midwives
• Pharmacists
• Paramedics
• Allied Healthcare Professionals
• Medical, Dental and Nursing Students
• Researchers
• Industry Professionals
• Other individuals approved by the Organiser
Proof of professional registration, employment, training status, or student enrolment may be requested at any time.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, unprofessional, unlawful, or contrary to the aims of the Event. No refund shall be payable where admission is refused due to a breach of these Terms.
All participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously. The following conduct is prohibited:
• Harassment or bullying;
• Discrimination;
• Offensive or threatening conduct;
• Excessive intoxication;
• Unauthorised commercial solicitation or spam activity;
• Misuse of networking tools;
• Conduct that negatively impacts attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, venue staff, or Event personnel.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove individuals without refund where behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
Photography, videography, livestreaming, interviews, audio recordings, and other media capture may take place throughout the Event, including within educational theatres, exhibition areas, networking spaces, sponsor and exhibitor stands, and public areas of the venue.
Images and recordings may be used by Interface Expo and Interface Aesthetics for event reporting, marketing, social media, educational publications, promotional campaigns, future event marketing, and press and media coverage.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify Event staff upon arrival and contact contact@interfaceaesthetics.co.uk prior to the Event wherever possible. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, complete exclusion from all background photography and video footage cannot be guaranteed.
All Event content remains the intellectual property of its respective owner, including presentations, slides, educational materials, demonstrations, recordings, branding, graphics, logos, videos, and publications. Without prior written permission:
• Recording presentations is prohibited;
• Livestreaming is prohibited;
• Commercial reproduction is prohibited;
• Redistribution of educational materials is prohibited.
Attendees may take personal educational notes only.
The use of artificial intelligence tools, automated transcription software, recording applications, screen capture software, note-capture systems, or similar technologies for the purpose of reproducing, analysing, distributing, republishing, or commercialising Event content is prohibited without prior written consent from the Organiser and the relevant speaker.
Interface Expo is an educational conference. Presentations, demonstrations, workshops, panel discussions, lectures, and educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing presented at the Event constitutes medical, prescribing, legal, or financial advice, clinical supervision, professional accreditation, or certification of competence.
Delegates remain solely responsible for compliance with their professional regulator, employer requirements, indemnity provider requirements, applicable legislation, and professional standards. The views expressed by speakers are their own.
Sponsors and exhibitors are solely responsible for all statements, product claims, demonstrations, marketing materials, educational content, and promotional activities. The presence of a sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, product, treatment, device, or service does not constitute endorsement by Interface Expo or Interface Aesthetics.
Attendees should undertake their own due diligence before purchasing, recommending, prescribing, or using any product or service.
All attendees must comply with venue policies, fire safety procedures, health and safety requirements, and instructions issued by Event staff and venue personnel. Attendees must immediately report any accident, injury, safety concern, or security incident to Event staff. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person who creates a safety risk.
Attendees are responsible for the security of their own personal belongings. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or unattended property. Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify speakers, session timings, demonstrations, educational content, floor plans, exhibitors, and event schedules. Advertised speakers are subject to availability and may be substituted where necessary. Such changes shall not entitle attendees to refunds or compensation.
The Organiser may cancel, postpone, relocate, modify, or suspend the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
• Severe weather or natural disasters;
• Pandemics or public health emergencies;
• Government restrictions;
• Venue closures;
• Industrial action;
• Terrorism or security incidents;
• Speaker illness;
• Technical failures or other force majeure events.
Where the Event is postponed, tickets will normally be transferred to the revised date. Liability shall be limited to the value of the ticket purchased. The Organiser shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, consequential losses, or other expenses.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Interface Expo 2026 Privacy Policy. Full details of data processing activities — including in connection with the Nunify event platform — are available in the Interface Expo 2026 Privacy Policy at www.interfaceaesthetics.co.uk.
Interface Expo uses the Nunify platform to facilitate registration, networking, session scheduling, notifications, exhibitor listings, and event communications. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable Nunify terms.
Users must not use networking features to harass other users, send spam, promote unlawful activities, distribute offensive content, or conduct unauthorised marketing. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or remove platform access without notice.
Where attendees voluntarily share information with exhibitors through lead retrieval functionality, that information will be shared directly with the exhibitor, who becomes independently responsible for the data they receive. The Organiser is not responsible for subsequent communications or processing undertaken by exhibitors. Attendees should review exhibitor privacy practices before sharing personal information.
Users may enable or disable Event notifications through their device settings.
Interface Expo is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment. Attendees requiring accessibility support, dietary accommodations, or reasonable adjustments should contact contact@interfaceaesthetics.co.uk preferably no later than 14 days before the Event.
Event badges remain the property of the Organiser. Badge sharing, duplication, transfer, misuse, or unauthorised access may result in removal from the Event without refund. Replacement badges may incur a fee.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this, the Organiser shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses;
• Loss of business, profits, or opportunity;
• Reputational damage;
• Travel or accommodation expenses;
• Technical failures or platform outages;
• Failure of third-party systems.
The Organiser’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket purchased.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or connected with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
