The Interface Aesthetics Approach

Interface Aesthetics Training Academy - The Interface Approach

Interface Aesthetics is one of the top rated Level 7 aesthetic training providers in the UK. The team has won numerous awards through the years for its training quality and its involvement in the industry.

At Interface Aesthetics we offer the very highest standard of training because of our experienced and diverse team, with expertise amassed over many years of working in facial aesthetics.

Our Faculty is unique in the independent training provider space, in that each and every faculty trainer possesses genuine and verifiable expertise in their field. We exclusively train registered healthcare professionals and international equivalents. This commitment to expert-led training for healthcare professionals is our core mission, and is central to being officially recognised as the UK’s best independent training provider in 2024.

Interface Aesthetics is also at the forefront of new training and mentorship development, pioneering pathways and approaches in innovative and novel ways. These innovations include the creation of a structured training pathway that runs from entry-level to expert.

We operate a comprehensive pathway that consists of the gold standard training in injectables, leading postgraduate healthcare professionals from their first course through to full-face mastery across multiple treatment modalities.

We also boast the most comprehensive online learning platform in the UK aesthetics sector: E-Interface. This online hub has over 100 hours of 4K video content, supporting all of our face-to-face courses, while also providing flexible learning through the delivery of online courses, such as our Complications Management Masterclass.

Our innovative approach to training supports practitioners at every stage of their aesthetic medicine journey, from those taking their first steps into the speciality to experienced clinicians seeking to further develop their practice and professional profile. For healthcare professionals entering the field, we offer multiple training pathways, including the gold-standard Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Injectables, alongside CPD-accredited one-day courses for those wishing to explore the speciality and develop foundational knowledge and practical skills.

In addition to our core training pathways, we developed the Junior Trainee Mentorship Scheme (JTMS), a unique not-for-profit initiative designed for undergraduate students in medicine, dentistry, nursing, and other healthcare disciplines who demonstrate an early interest in aesthetics during their university training. Now in its fourth year with over 300 alumni, the scheme provides students in the later stages of their undergraduate education with valuable exposure to the speciality, mentorship opportunities, and an introduction to the aesthetics industry through collaboration with our delegates and faculty.

For more experienced UK and international practitioners, we also offer advanced mentorship and professional development opportunities through initiatives such as the Epiphany Programme, linked to our Level 7 Diploma qualification. Through these programmes, we are proud to support clinicians in accelerating growth across clinical practice, leadership, research, education, and public speaking.

Since 2022, our offering has moved to incorporate larger events through the launches of two separate congresses, Interface Expo & Interface Expert. Diversifying our delivery of training, these events form a growing part of our strategy to boost opportunities for delegates in networking, research and clinical practice alongside the formal training offered via our educational pathway.

At Interface Aesthetics, expertise knows no borders.

Among our Faculty we are able to draw on doctors, surgeons, dentists and nurses, who include global leaders in injectables practice, research and education, such as our Founding Director, Mr James Olding.

Our training is enriched by the clinicians at the forefront of research and practice in regenerative medicine, such as Dr Raquel Amado, as well as some of the most award-decorated injectors in the UK, such as Julie Scott INP. Our team is bolstered by some of the leading Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for pharmaceutical faculties in the UK, like Dr Yousrah Ahmed and Dr Ahmed El-Houssieny, who work seamlessly alongside dually qualified injectors working in the NHS in facial surgery, such as Mr Felix Karst.

Understanding that expertise knows no borders, we are proud to have expanded our Faculty to include international experts, including Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon Dr Nicola Kefalas (Italy), and Maxillofacial surgeon Dr Alessandra Dall Magro (Brazil). We also boast faculty trainers that embody the art of combining entrepreneurship with clinical excellence, including Dr Davina Wilson and Dr Jane Leonard.

Embracing and growing talent safeguards the future of our organisation and of the aesthetics industry, and we are proud to invest in nurturing the rising stars of the injectables field within our own Faculty such as Dr Jordan Faulkner.

Simply put, our training faculty is unparalleled in the UK injectables educational space.

We are Education & Research Leaders

Interface Aesthetics Training Academy - Educational & Research Leadership

We are a JCCP-approved training institution and our courses, such as the VTCT Level 7 Diploma in Injectables, are OFQUAL-regulated.

Improving standards also means providing comprehensive and evidence-based training. In addition to adhering to current guidance on aesthetic practice, at Interface Aesthetics we are national leaders in campaigns for stronger regulation of the aesthetics industry.

We back up this commitment with real-world action, through being one of just a handful of providers of the OFQUAL-regulated VTCT Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Injectables, ensuring we are able to offer delegates the gold standard core competency qualification in aesthetics.

We are also a JCCP-approved training institution, guaranteeing our delegates the most robust standards of education and practice now and in the future. Uniquely, we are an approved centre for clinical research, and our team, led by Mr James Olding, is actively involved in leading randomised controlled trials in cosmetic injectables; the ultimate testament to the ethos and credentials that form the foundations of our training offering.

Our commitment to research and evidence-based practice permeates every level of our organisation. Mr Olding is a clinical trial Principal Investigator, and Mr Felix Karst a Sub-Investigator. Both have mentored hundreds of junior mentees to produce research over the past 3 years, and more recently have supported mentees into leadership positions within the Interface Aesthetics research initiative.

In turn, mentees have become mentors, with past JTMS mentees like Dr Sarika Grover, Dr Zeanab Chaer & Dr Rahim Feddag now undertaking leadership roles in research projects involving the next generation of healthcare professionals joining our training. Our research story represents the very essence of talent creation in healthcare.

More recently, we have reached another milestone: Interface Aesthetics has formally been recognised as an affiliate education and training provider by the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.
